Strictly for me, every time!

 

I stopped watching the X-Factor after the selection ones, they're entertaining but I lose interest once they get to the good singers! I don't watch a lot of TV but Sunday nights are the one night I'm usually in, and I'm hooked on Strictly, and Little Dorrit which has been absolutely brilliant.

I thought that "Strictly come dancing" was a "live" show, however while talking to Barry Manilow on Thursday evening at the o2 arena , he said that "he was recording a song on Strictly come dancing on Friday evening" not Saturday.

i clicked other because mines Casualty don't watch loads of tv but am a sucker for hospital dramas and been watching this sine it started.

Although it is my fave programme of the weekend it was also the only one on the list that I actually watch.

 

Pretty much its Casualty, Top Gear and if I have time Countryfile - anything else is usually recorded drivel from in the week!

Me and my 2 daughters have the downstairs Tv watching 'Run fat boy run' on the movie channel and sent hubby upstairs to watch Top Gear lol Cars bore me even though they are very funny at times.

I voted for Merlin as it's something the whole family enjoys, and Top Gear is on a little late for youngest to watch all of it but that is a favourite too

Voted Other - as 52 weeks a year I'm glued to Casualty.

 

But, if you asked me what my favourite was for just this week, then I'd have to say Strictly Come Dancing is my personal fav, and Harry Hill's TV Burp is the kids fav.

I'm really sad. We watch Strictly which I love, sky + X Factor and Casualty. We watch X Factor after Strictly (whizz through adverts). I usually watch Casualty on Sunday morning as I'm the only one who watches it.

I love Strictly, but also watch Merlin and Top Gear. Did watch strictly results this week after the end of Miracle on 34th Street which YD was watching, we're into Christmas now Will watch Top Gear when it is repeated.

 

My favourite drama programme is Spooks by a long way roll on Series 8.

 

I am enjoying Survivors too but it clashes partly with Champions League football tonight, may cause some conflict but Liverpool are already through so we may watch the first half then change over

 

That is about all we watch all week.

The Saturday show is live but the Sunday results show is recorded more or less immediately after the main live show finishes. That is why the phone lines close at 9 pm. They spend the intervening time filming the songs, show dances etc and then go straight on to the dance off. There is a healthy trade in spoilers on other fora where people who managed to get tickets to the Saturday show let on who was ousted!

I voted Top Gear, although I was torn between that and other for Have I got News for You which I also adore, although this week wasn't that good, I didn't think. I like Andy Hamilton, but didn't like the twittering woman comedienne....

Mine is Little Dorrit at the moment. We don't watch Strictly at all, can't stand Brucie, although we do watch X factor. If i had my way we wouldn't watch any of that drivel. It'd be Countryfile, Antiques Roadshow and Little Dorrit. Blimey, i sound like i'm 80!!!! I'm only 34

Who was she? We missed the beginning so have no idea who she is, but she was really annoying and I didn't think she was particularly funny.

I voted for Merlin - daft about that sort of thing, and I know I shouldn't but I can't help waiting to hear "I don't believe it"!. I also like Top Gear very much too (although we fast forward the boring bits that they occasionally have).
