Same here we had brilliant sun first thing, then clouds, gales and rain. Followed by more sun, so went for a walk.. and got caught in a hailstorm!

 

Sunny here at the moment, but blowign a gale and the wind is very cold.

 

I heard that it was snowing like mad in Sheffield yesterday Egluntine!

It's cold and very very windy here...........too windy to let the bantams out in the garden Snowy and Scurry would get blown over ( it's happened before )

Sunny again this morning but the clouds are building up now. It's very windy. Yesterday my brother had snow in Warminster.

I'm giving spring a nudge by putting up some swallow boxes this morning. One with a web cam.

There's evidence, under the eaves, of two previous ones that have come down and the one remaining was an overnight roost for a pair of wrens but sadly that fell down a dew weeks ago.

Fingers crossed at the top of that wobbly ladder.

.......although that could just be me but, as all 3 cats are asleep with their noses either tucked under tails or paws I'm assuming it really is cold. Roll on 4pm when the heating comes on

Bloomin' cold here but bright and sunny. There was about 15 mins of hail/snow this afternoon.

Clouds came and went, lots of sun. A little rain but only a few drops - the clouds on the horizon look rather ominous though. Got lots of washing dry whahey!

Fast moving clouds in the gale force winds, and it has been cold all day.

A treat of rain in the wind this evening but with the clouds scudding across the sky nothing much fell.

A wild, wet & windy night

It started off looking very dank this morning but it's brightening up gradually. Mild at 10 degrees and fairly breezy.

Because the wind was so cold yesterday I put on my thick coat this morning to take YD to school and got really warm. It is a lot warmer here today but it feels colder in the house because the sun hasn't been out much to warm it

There is a most beautiful moon at the moment. I suppose that will mean frost.

Got disturbed twice in the night and it was so light outside. Isn't moonshine wonderful?

No frost though which is just as well as I repotted hubby's favourite cactus yesterday and left it outside

Yes it is! I love it when everywhere is brightly moonlit!

 

Had quite a pleasant day yesterday- no rain, just a bit of cloud mixed in with the sun. No sign of sun this morning It's wall to wall grey and mild, 8 degrees but feels much warmer.
