Ziggy
Ian said the girls could have made a fortune if they'd washed cars in their bikinis! Oh dear.... worrying thing is... that's probably true.... Waterworks.... bikinis... waterworks... bikinis... waterworks... bikinis.... which will it be?? ( All respects to all women who achieve high without waterworks or bikinis... and to those who achieve high with those waterworks or bikinis, well one argument goes all's fair in love and war... and surely in business too)
Plum
Those girls were putting the knife in and its only the first week. Agree anyone can wash a car better than those idiots. Not doing the roof. Leaving lumps of yellow fluff inside. But that wasn't what it was about and they lost track of that as well. Think its going to be an entertaining series. Edited to say was Sir A masterful enough for you two.
Ain't Nobody Here
Usual bunch of arrogant, loudmouthed, backstabbing twonks . All makes for an entertaining hour, as usual .
Plum
not heard of a twonk before
Ain't Nobody Here
The boardroom was full of them . (I'm sure I saw the word in a post on the forum recently - I thought it was quite a good word and have since used it whenever appropriate .) Ain't Nobody Here
OH discovered this blog which I thought you all might like .
Seagazer
Well I think both teams got it wrong. As one of the audience said Margate is trying to get known as an arty type place to go to. I don't live near there but I knew this from certains things that have been in the news over the last couple of years. I haven't been there for a few years, I went a few times as a kid when Dreamland was open. In fact I think they had the first looping rollercoaster - OH and I remember it fondly Debra is just awful and doesn't listen to a word anyone else says - Howard should have been a man and insisted on being project manager. Plum
Would you take her on? She really has tunnel vision. Marketing it as Arty would have been excellent, they should have listened. That would have been a complete change of image from seaside family stuff and a good project to manage. It's not that hard to find the images needed anywhere. clootie
I like Kate. I think she should win.
Seagazer
I quite like Kate, she has a good balance of being forceful but not too much. Debra and Yasmeena (sp?) are actually very similar to each other and seem to think they know everything. Actually I should include Lorraine in that too. James and Howard need to push themselves forward a bit more now and take the lead. I didn't watch the first few episodes so I don't know if they did more earlier. Scramble
I think James is he's ever so funny which I think you need in business situations, but he has good ideas as well. Also, always have to call Sir Alan, Mikey His car reg. was AMS1 sis asked what the M stood for, I said Mikey, googled it and his middle name's Michael! ooh, I'm psychic
Chickvic
Ben 'I got accepted for Sandhurst' has gone! No great loss - he was really starting to annoy me. He just thought he was so much better than everyone else.
clootie
He's not doing terribly well on the programme afterwards on BBC2 "You're Fired!". I'm surprised he's lasted as long as he has. Kate to win !!
chelsea
I cannot stand Deborah, she has one of those faces where I just shout at the tv.

ubereglu
I'm glad he's gone, but I think Deborah should have gone too, she's just so annoying. On the other hand I'm really glad that Lorraine did well, I think she'll go far as will Kate.
craftyhunnypie
Oh I so love this programme! I was glad that Ben went. He was so full of himself, big headed & so pompous about his scholarship. Deborah is too mouthy & has an evil cold face. She looks an utter 'female dog'. I think Sir Alan had his doubts about them both & that is why they were on the same team this week. He wanted to see if they were both good or bad. Deborah will need to do a good one next week. I think James lacks confidence in himself, I'm not keen on Howard or Yasmina. We like Lorraine & Kate. I liked that buggy - clever! Emma.x
Seagazer
I'm glad Ben went although I would have been quite happy to see Deborah go too. Ben reminds me of a puffed up pigeon but a lot of that I think is down to his age. Can't quite understand why Lorraine's team didn't spend more time actually practising putting the pushchair up We were shouting at the tv saying why didn't you practise! littleleicesterfox
We were too! I said to DH the key to selling a pushchair is practising putting it up and down. I think I would have taken the pushchair and the birthing pool as that was a really good price and I was personally suprised that it was less than £100 and I think that was a good selling point. Plum
Heck I'm beginning to feel sympathy for Yasmina. They tore her CV apart and now Lorraine is walking on hot coals.
