Cool Flight Attendant

Recommended Posts

I want to fly with him!

Me too! It would spare me overdosing on the valium :) Hate flying! I never used to take notice, but as i've got older i hate it! I sit there thinking, this is so unnatural. A large piece of metal in the air. And all this business they spout to you about breathing masks, life jackets etc. I sit there thinking, 'Please, this thing hit the ground... i'm dead!... don't try to reassure me' :)

I think the bloke is cool. I want the bloke who flew that plane onto the Hudson river as my pilot, and that lovely guy to entertain me :) I'd fly the world with them two :)

The best i've had is male trolley dollies reaking of Kouros, or some sour faced woman who looks like she's sucking a lemon.

My cousin Shareen was a trolley dolly. Worked for Arab Airlines, she's half Iranian so obviously can speak F"Ooops, word censored!"e, and also learnt Arabic. One day the plane dropped out of the sky as if it was going to crash and terrified her. She gave it up after that. She's braver than i am. Wouldn't have done the job in the first place. Aside from that i'd probably want to slap or kill some of the passengers :)

Sorry, but I don't like rap, I find it reeeeeally annoying.

Please Christian, tell me you don't do rap on your flights. :D

I am not really a rap person either but I would love that on a stuffy plane where no one speaks and everyone either reads a book/paper or listens to music by themselves - this got the audience going and smiling.

You do only live once.

I love it!

It really broke the ice and got all the passengers smiling.

I was once on a London tube train, and over the tannoy came a loud Cockney voice 'Victoooria, this is Victoria, punters for the Northern Line get off 'ere, everybody else, jump in their seats as fast as you can!'

It's the only time I saw Tube passengers look up from their papers, make eye contact and laugh together.

I really wish that would happen more often. I find Tube journeys to be really tiresome. Everyone is always avoiding making eye contact and, if you do smile at anyone, you know that they are probably thinking that you are odd!

You are so right Jlo. Whenever i go to London on the tube it always amazes me how people avoid eye-contact etc. And if you dare speak to them, you must be some mad axe murderer. I couldn't live like that. I love London, but couldn't live there. I did live there for a while in Streatham, and loved it, but couldn't do it long term.

The last area in London that I lived in was probably one of the most problematic and crime ridden if government stats are to be believed, but it was one of the friendliest. Apart from that area, London can (like a lot of large cities) make you feel isolated; I think it's just down to the sheer numbers of people.

I quite liked the isolation on the journey, gave me a chance to gather my thoughts or read a book.

yes, as I taught him everything he knows!:wink:

I would get shot if I ever did that on board. I do managed to do the odd announcement, with an Aussie accent though :wink:
