How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

I'm sitting on the sofa, puter on the coffee table, went to stand up and my foot slipped on middle daughters Lip balm tube thingy which, unbeknownst to me, was under the coffee table. So my foot shot forward meaning my lower shin collided with the edge of the lower shelf of the coffee table and full pelt. Such a stupid stupid little thing, but I currently am still sitting down, having to hold my breath, then try to breathe through the most excruciating pain My foot has pins and needles in it, I'm shivering, I can't tell you how much it hurts! And I have quite a good pain threshold!

How daft is that? I still can't stand up!

ooooo how horrid {{{{huge hugs}}}} and a large cushion to scream the pain out into!!!

 

Shins are such painful bits to bash I know, get some arnica out for the bruises & Rescue Remedy (or a large brandy!!!) for the shock. Hope the pain goes off quickly,

I have no idea quite what I did, but I am NOT a wuss (have tattoos, piercings (not that many ) three kids etc, but now it's subsiding a bit it made me burst into tears God, what did I do? Anyway, there's not even a dent in my leg but I bet there is in the coffee table I have got some arnica somewhere, I think I'll go and look for it and then have a nice cup of tea (and maybe a choccy biccy for the shock

Feeling better now, but def feel post shock, exhausted and weak, I must have whacked a nerve or something! Next time I need to deck someone in the line of duty I shall wallop them in the shin with a coffee table!

That would be some "accessories" belt need to carry a coffee table

 

Lots of sugar in the tea if you can stomach it, or plenty of choccy on the side......

I done similar. Going on a school trip got pushed getting on the bus and cracked my shin on the step. It cut it too. Blood everywhere. Teacher wouldnt take me to the hosp and just gave me a plaster. Now ive got a dent in my leg and a scar

Saw a Dr about my knee a while ago and he saw the scar and asked about it and said with stitches id have had no scar!

Poet, that is just the sort of thing my mother used to say to us when I was little - (except she never added the 'luv ya')

 

Becky Boo, I hope your leg is feeling better now. Maybe you should get a shin pad on it as you are bound to keep knocking it now.
