Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

The wind seems to be coming from the east, here - I can hear the trains on the other side of the A30.

Yesterday started off warm & sunny & then the heavens opened. It rained all day until early evening...

Yup, white sky and windy here too - was lovely and blue at 6am though

Yesterday was cloudy but calm, then it rained ALL DAY but by six in the evening the sun was out and it was a fine end to the day with the bonus of a lovely sunset with a glimpse of some noctilucent clouds.

Today it is windy and cold, with the odd drizzle.

We had a lovely sunset too - drove towards it on the way back from puppy classes.

We had a great sunset too, it was really dark at 8.30 but by 9 it was lovely.

 

Despite intermitant rain yesterday I still managed to get a load of washing pretty much dry because of the warmish wind.

 

It is cool and breezy here today with hazy sunshine, pretty much perfect for YD's sports day.

It was light rain here yesterday, but a lot! I don't think it was enough to sink into the ground - it's quite dry underneath. Today, warm, humid and a lot of grey clouds - rather quilty, cotton woolly types.

A lovely afternoon yesterday. I got the front garden tidied. Cool and dullish here this morning.

OH bought 2 sun loungers in the Argos sale yesterday so now all we need is some sun and some time to lounge.

Just typical! OH & I have had 2 weeks off work and when we go back the heatwave decides to come.

 

Sunny here but not the nicest day they forecasted....very blowy and tending to cloud over in intervals.
