I'm off to the NEC first thing tomorrow as I'm on the Omlet stand selling Eglus, Rablus and Cubes!! I'm a bit nervous to be honest, but also looking forward to it....think I'll end up sleeping all day Thursday....I'm out at WI tonight then up first thing to get the NEC, on the stand all day, then rushing back for choir practice tomorrow night!

Its clever marketing to have your customers recommending but that is the best recommendation to have.

Shows with Omlet look soo much fun :D I doubt they'd want a 14 year old helper though :wink:

I might have to peek at the stand when we go to RHS Tatton over the summer :D

Have a great day - I did tree Ideal Homes - first time I've done it and it was brilliant fun. Take water to drink as you talk for hours (or I did) and "Ooops, word censored!"ody goes :roll: and I took a packed lunch as food was really pricey, and a flask as coffee was the same. Comfy shoes and a big smile! :D

 

Let us know how you get on - I'd be interested to know how many people go through with the actual buying after the event, might pm one of the Omlet lot unless anyone knows?

You'll have a great time, echo the tips above about taking water to drink. I was really ho"Ooops, word censored!" after my stint at the Grand Designs, but it was good fun - if you love talking about chickens and Eglus!

 

Make the most of getting into the show, if you ask at the other stands they very often do a discount for exhibitors, so just flash your pass and you might get something off!

Have fun and give me the lowdown. I'm there on thursday so need to know if it's in or outside and any tips on what to take with me or not. :D Leave me some eglus to sell.

 

Oooh I shall look out for you as I've been given tickets and am going on Thursday! I'll wear my pink Omlet T-shirt :lol: .
