The auditiond wouldn't be good tv if they only let the talent through, we like seeing the "Ooops, word censored!" ones and for many people it's the best bit of the whole series.

 

I don't believe that the whole show is rigged, maybe i'm naive but after all that hoo-ha about the tv votes for various programmes last year, i don't think any programme would deliberately falsify the results. Surely that's illegal.

 

I don't know, maybe i've got rose coloured glasses on but i like to try not to be too cynical.

You are quite right HW, but if you read Chart Throb it says an interesting thing- they dont have to because they manipulate the result with costume, song choice, and how they get the contestants to come across. BTW did anyone see Sting on telly at the weekend saying he saw show for the first time and thought it was ghastly :lol:

Thought Olly was brilliant as always plus Lucie was really good, nice to hear her sing something other than a ballad type song. Didn't overly like Jamie, Stacy or Danyl's songs (the way they sang them) last night but obviously they were no where near as bad as the twins. I thought that Lloyd gave a poor performance.

 

Hopefully Lloyd and the twins in the bottom two (I know - it won't happen :? )

Danyl's hair is better.

 

Stacy needs to come "alive" a bit more in her performances.

 

Lloyd should go to be honest, yes - Jedward are awful, but they entertain.....Lloyd is just awful. (sorry! :) )

Was Lucie trying to be more like Stacy in her after performance chat with Dermot?

It almost sounded like she was taking the mick......................
