They are getting all the backlash and abuse when it's really Louis who put them in the final 12 and Simon who kept them in. When I turned over to ITV2 they were in tears about Lucie going, Lucie bless her was very mature about it and said the boys deserved to be in still as they work so hard. Cooks Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 I was reading a good article the other day about how ALL the acts have to agree to be signed by Simon for the first 2 years and aren't allowed to go with anyone else, even if Simon's company decide not to use them. By the time they are out of the 2 year contract the public has forgotten them and they have lost out on 2 years of their careers. It all sucks really doesn't it? Manipulation at it's best! JLS are not signed by Simon though, so there much be some way of getting around that. Totally disgusted with Simon and if I could tell him in person I would... gutless, thats what that was, all for the ratings and no justice in that at all!.. Simon had the chance to get rid of the twins as he has wanted to from the start and he lost his bottle. The only answer to avoid this farce next year is an odd number of judges!
