ok then, i bet nearly everyone on here has had some sort of chickeny gift for christmas.

 

here goes,

 

my name is laura and i got a chicken toast rack, and my boss at work got me a singing turkey!

OK, My son & girlfriend gave me a wonderful, very large jug with a beautiful hen on the front.

3 Omlet shopping bags from LSH (well, I ordered them )

I gave LSH a couple of veg/smallholding books that I wanted.

Then, amazingly, Father Christmas left an egg slicer for one son, and a gadget that changes colour accordingly to how hard/soft the boiled egg will be for the other son.

Aged 22 & 24, it was a joy to behold their little faces as they exclaimed "Oh look, just what I always wanted!"

Or, was it, "Why the **** have I got an egg slicer!"

 

I can't wait to try their presents!

Order them from the Post Office, Laura. My sister-in-law had stamps with a pic of her and fiance on for their wedding invitations last year.

I got 2 chickeny mugs

2 top chicken shaped egg cups (too big for my girls little eggs)

Cool egg tray (as seen on the forum and emailed to my brother!!)

 

On this occasion no chicken wine - although we did look at it in the shop!!

 

The girls gave everyone an egg and egg cup to make sure they knew they were laying well.

 

Since Christmas Fenny has been developing her chicken run escape plan and has learnt how to successfully flap across the fence (the neighbours think this is funny!! until she eats their gardens)

No chickeny stuff for me unless you count a leaf rake (for their run!) but Florrie laid an extra large double yolker on christmas day!!
