Lone Survivor Has Pipped *and hatched*

Recommended Posts

After our electrical problem last weekend I had 3 out of 7 eggs in the hatcher hatch

BUT we also had 10 Wyandotte eggs in the main incubator, after the power cut I left these a couple of days and candled them, only one was still alive :( it was moved to the hatcher and has now pipped, fingers crossed

Lot 3 are one week in now, all Pekins were fertile so we should have some fluffsters running around soon I hope!

Aww :D

I just realised how I made no sense in that last post! - trying to type in the car on my phone

I'm glad it wasn't just me being dense Lewis  ...what should you have said as a matter of interest

Welcome to the world Widge, congratulations Tasha, are you going to keep Widge alone or find him/her some buddies as the Pekins aren't due for a while yet & the older ones are so much older......in chick terms at least :anxious: ?
