emmab
My little girl daisy, she's used to jump on my shoulder and snuggle in my hair. I used to walk round the house, do the washing up, watch tv and she still sat on my shoulder. She would sit there for hours and she never poo'd on me once!! I think she liked me best too! x
Sandychick
My secret favourite was Willow, an Amber Star. She died last September, and can't say I've got a favourite between them now. That might change when I get my 2 new chickens next week though

Valkyrie
It sort of goes in cycles - whichever one is behaving best and whichever one is happy to be picked up. At the moment it's Sadie the blue Pekin.
Griffin
I have three, Doris & Olive the Polands and Sausage the Salmon Faverolle. All bantams and all follow me like sheep They love cuddles and are such sweet girls.
pipistrelle
Mine is Tikka, she was the cheekiest one from the start and really the only one happy to be handled.
batcatz
My current secret favourite is Hetty the white Silkie. She looks so cute when she crouches. Her little wings are just so cute and quivery plus I get to stroke her. It's funny when she runs off up the garden to catch up with Dotty. She likes to stay by her side. Redwing
No contest, my funniest most endearing cheeky chook is Tarzan
docsquid
I absolutely love them all to bits, but if I have to pick one, it would be little Gwennie. She is smaller than the others, much more intelligent, does her own thing, and causes much more mayhem (she can escape from the Omlet netting, and tries to dismantle the shed on a regular basis). She is the most reliable egg-layer - small eggs but one every single day. And she has such a great expression.

Chicken Shirl
I love Mrs Beaton, what a pretty girl. Everybody knows my favourite Sir Minky, and next Princessa, but little Bunty is very close behind, as she loves a hug, and everywhere I go she goes. Sweet. tom123
Got to be Kellogs He's so stupid and he waddles around everywhere but he is very funny and loves chasing the dog. He jumps up onto the coop to crow in the mornings and then attempts to fly down...not a good idea, he just lands in a pile. He's crowing now actually
Chicken Shirl
He's lovely Tom. Looks as soft as a brush.
docsquid
I sense a bit of a trend here - we tend to like the smallest or daftest or most affectionate/dependent chooks in our collection. They are all adorable. Tom - that cockerel looks like a great character.
