I have moved the polish into the big run to try and calm him down ... he is with the other hens and his hen and the cockerel that was in the big run is in the polish house

Because this is what you need and you will be fine keeping peacocks :

Local large tress

Quite a lot of land for them to roam

And you just being the quite often because they like the attention

 

The bad things are the poo is massive and that they do tend to jump on cars ...
