jlo
We added to our flock yesterday so I thought I would post a couple of pics Doris and Roxy DD has named them! They have done nothing but eat since they got here which is encouraging. Just the intros to look forward to now!

Looks a bit like this.. http://www.helmsteadstables.com/BRRoo3.07.2.jpg Doris (or Dorris depending on whether it is me or DD talking about her!) is a speckledy - according to the lady that I bought her from. She has English rather than German colouring apparently! She looks as though she would be very similar to that cockerel - what a handsome chap he is! Thanks for the good wishes everyone
chickyhazel
What breed is Roxy? We have a copper maran (bugatti) who looks just like her, but I'm not certain Bugatti is a copper maran even though she was sold as one.

She is very similar to the Miss Pepperpot that we originally got from Omlet. I confess that I am not very good with breeds On the web site of the place where I got them they are referred to as Rhode Rocks but I don't know if this is the same thing!!
