I had to share as I think I have found the perfect jeans. They are called NYDJ (Not Your Daughter's Jeans) and I just wanted to cry when I tried them on yesterday in John Lewis. They actually fit on the waist (no more muffin top!!), they are stretchy and well, just amazing. You also buy a size smaller than usual which makes you feel good. They have loads more styles in the range in the store - not cheap but oh so worth it

You can get organic fairtrade jeans for less than that!

Great in principal, but I will stick with the higher waisted M&S Portfolio range. They are not full high waist like in the good old 80's but they do control the muffin a bit. I also bought some crop length Per Una ones yesterday which sit pretty well on my waist.

 

I couldn't stomach that cost, if you will excuse the pun.

 

I felt bad yesterday for spending £109 on 4 items of clothing, and it was birthday money given to me to spend on clothes.

Personally I think they sound fantastic! I spend most of my life in jeans and am always disappointed when the imagined and actual images don't match somehow! Some things might be worthy of the money, even if it's just to make you feel 21 and a size 10 again. oh how I wish!

Ah yes they may be expensive but when I add up the number of pairs of jeans that I have bought, never been happy with the fit and therefore hardly worn it makes them a bargain - thats what I told my OH anyway

I agree that the new M&S range are quite good, but I do need to buy a size bigger than I usually am which always upsets me

 

Although at that price for those Jeans I would rather sick with my M&S, although next time I am in John Lewis I will have to try them on, just for research purposes you understand

Went to M&S the other day - I had a bit of a fit and had to get out - so cheesed off was I. So all the way I was ranting I hate this shop! I have to get a long leg and everything is so muddled, no colour cues so have to look at each label separately in the end I couldn't be bothered - life's too short.

Jeans that fit, sighhhhhhhhhhhh!
