Tis day 18 so stopped turning the eggs today

 

3 left in the incy (Cream Legbar, Araucana and Barred Wyandotte) and 4 under Hilary the broody (Welsummer x Maran, Welsummer X, Cream Legbar and a Pekin)

 

Have set up a broody cam on Hilary - it was in the nest earlier and she pulled it under her and tried to hatch it?!

Tis up high now out the way.

 

They're due on Wednesday

2 of the eggs in the incy have pipped ... the CLB and Araucana

They're not due until tomorrow so I'm not expecting them out today - bonus if they do

Yay lewis I am also due soon - Thursday for me. Unlike last lot there was no wobbling when I took out dividers so hoping they are just quiet ones- done things diff this time, incubated at 37.8 until day 18 and have put humidity up yesterday instead of waiting to first pipper (had v. protracted hatch last time and several overdue's dried out before hatching) .

I was just about to go out and the Cream Legbar hatched

Not sure if its a girl/boy but the other has hatched (under broody) and they both look different but have the pale male dots

 

The Araucana has pipped pretty much all the way but isn't out yet, and nothing from the Barred Dotte yet, but it wobbled at me .. not due until today anyway

I wasn't really awake then, just checked the chicks + went back to bed

 

The 2 CLB's ... me thinks 2 boys 'cos of the dots. But not sure if the one on the right is a CLB

Nope ... that means boy doesn't it?

 

Araucana is out of its shell and had its membrane stuck to its back. Wet it with warm water + put it back in the incy and its s"Ooops, word censored!"ed along the side so the membrane is stuck to the side

Its belly looks a bit wierd but will see how it goes

How has it gone Lewis? I had 5 out before I came to bed last night - hopefully the rest are out or making progress now. Only one of the hubbards I think though - hope the others hatch.
