One bonus of taking your time, my new turf has had time to get going before the girls are let loose on it.

Thanks, we are now both exhausted. Got as far as erecting all sides, remade a couple of panels and roof frame is on. Yet to cover roof and put doors in and finish cube hole. OH is now

 

One door is going nowhere except to back of run for adjusting weather proofing but we had to move the whole lot back to secure the run to the sleepers. So much for my great plan . But we put weatherproofing on most of that side and I can cover door or not depending on rain.

Thanks, my garden is nothing special but with lots of chicken compost and the girls on the top bit for a month it is coming on pretty well

Blow the Chickens, you could rent it out as a holiday let

I thought my peckingham Palace was but I now have Plum envy which is not a good thing to have.

Must work on OH, I need more stuff and paint and green things for my garden

WOW!!! Plum! That is WELL worth the wait, it looks amazing. It has to be one of the nicest runs ive seen, the setting looks like it was made for the run. Its gonna look brilliant when you get your chooks in there

Thanks, I'm pleased with how it's looking. It looks so much bigger than I expected, I hope the neighbours don't complain .

 

The area where I could put a bench is where the cube is going. Not much time for watching there is always something to be done with them. I will make some sort of seat though and drinks table and foot rest and ................
