Cinnamon
I really enjoyed the first episode of this last night - how wonderful to have some good Sunday night viewing again! I thought the guy playing Sherlock was really good - he has the same 'creepy but still hot' thing going on as Matt Smith The story was great & I loved the way they modernised it all - bodes well,I think
chickencam
We really enjoyed it too, it was very well done. We were unsure about whether or not to bother with it, but I though that Martin Freeman can afford to be quite picky about his roles these days, so he must have thought that it was worth it. Next week they said that it will be on at 8.30 which unless they have moved Top Gear it will clash which is annoying, but it must have been good because DS said that he would rather watch Sherlock
LuckyChickenLover-
I watched it Amazing, best TV I've seen in ages. Can't wait 'til next week.
LisaP
Watched it with DD and we both enjoyed it too. A little sceptical before viewing but were pleasantly surprised and looking forward to the next episode Lisa P
Jennifer Jane
I loved it too. I really like Benedict Cumberbatch (sp???), so that made me watch it. I think he was mentioned as a possible Dr Who and also I think the series is written by people connected with Dr Who - somebody may be able to confirm that - which might explain the similarities in character between the two leads. And he's certainly got a recognisable face.
bluekarin
I didn't watch this as I didn't like the lead chap, but after reading all your comments, I shall give it a go Would be wonderful to watch something decent on a Sunday night.

Sheilaz
Loving it. Best thing on TV for ages. Totally agree with all the comments so far. LSH & I were very sceptical beforehand and had expected to turn off after 10 minutes, not wishing to have our love of the books, and previous Sherlock images, spoilt. I didn't think I'd want to watch Benedict Cumberbatch. However, the 2 leads had us both won over immediately, and the writing and direction were superb. Brilliant, just my cup of tea. Mercedes55
I thought it was brilliant too and it definitely had that 'Dr Who' feel about it, but then it is written by the same guy who now writes Dr Who, so I guess that shouldn't have come as a surprise. Really looking forward to the next 2 episodes and hope they do another series of it as 3 episodes really isn't enough

debbier
I enjoyed it, however, one thing annoyed me... don't scroll down if you haven't seen it yet! What was the "puzzle" with the pill picking? I was imagining various explanations and it annoyed me that it wasn't explained.

LuckyChickenLover-
I enjoyed it, however, one thing annoyed me... don't scroll down if you haven't seen it yet! What was the "puzzle" with the pill picking? I was imagining various explanations and it annoyed me that it wasn't explained. Also, at the beginning, all of the 'suicide' victims had bottles containing 3 pills, not one, and they all seemed to be alone. If they were alone then how did the cab driver force them to take the pills?
