Back to my computer list....I make notes throughout the year. So if a daughter expresses a love for a certain top,I will note it,then get her one for Christmas.

Same if my Dad says he likes a particular movie or artist,or my sister with a particular perfume.

I try to keep lists, although it doesn't always work that way. This time of the year is very busy at work, so I don't get any shopping done until December. I hate shopping anyhow, even when it's for other people. We never spend much on presents, and I usually give homemade things to the family.

The problem I have in doing things so early is finding somewhere to hide it all. I forget. I'm still finding things that I found such a good place that they have been there and forgotten about for 7 or so years. A lot of them were for the children, but they won't appreciate them now. The last lot that I found were given to my brother in May - they were squirty fishes sort of like water pistols.

Well my Christmas present is still working at the moment. The girls* should be out soon, in to my caring hands.

I love the lead up to Xmas. All the lights everywhere, Xmas baking, Mulled wine & Markets!

Online shopping for me as much as possible - I hate the rush around Xmas.
