Valkyrie
Um, OH has just stood at the door here tapping his foot, folded arms and given me the funny look - just because I was laughing - well guffawing. OK, yep, I know I'm going to require a straightjacket in the near future.
Seagazer
We put ours up yesterday but (I'm almost ashamed to admit it) its coming back down again today! For some reason it doesn't look right so we're taking all the baubles and things off, I think it needs another set of lights on it. Then we'll redress the tree. DD did it this year with a bit of help from me. I did the little one in the hallway with all the children's ornaments that they have chosen over the years. Thankfully its not just me that thinks its not right. We all sat there saying it didn't look right. I think perhaps because we're fed up with the colour scheme. I think DD would have gone out and bought a 'new' look for the tree yesterday if there hadn't been so much snow around.
mostin
We put our tree up yesterday............and wrapped all the presents..........and put up all the lights . I feel I can relax and let Christmas happen now . We have a false tree, and it's probably a good job this year, a new kitty has already been attacking decorations . I try to buy 1 new bauble a year, if we are somewhere special or have been somewhere, then our tree becomes a collection of memories . This years bauble............we will remember the year we lost Tilley cat , but also the year we got rescue cat Flora
Chickvic
Lovely tree we always buy a new bauble every year too. Trouble is there is no room on the tree cos we don't take any of the others off!

Mercedes55
Here is ours, we put it up yesterday. We usually have a bigger one but had a stressful weekend with our hen Bella being ill so just put this one up quickly when we had some time yesterday. The best part of the photo is the girls in the garden to the left of the pic
CallyChook
OK, I'm struggling to get my tree sorted as will need an opportunity without the kids to fit it in the car - but with hubby only off on a sunday, and my folks busy the next 2 sundays, i dont know when we will! I have to have a real tree! so here's last yrs tree, as this yrs will look exactly the same, I loved it so much, except with two new baubles (1 for each kid, then when they are married/partnered off, I will give them the baubles from each yr they were with us) our green man tree topper - as a Pagan family, we couldnt have an angel now could we!! xx

chickencam
Here is mine, we bought this slim 6.5 ft House of Fraser tree for £5 from our local charity shop, it was just what we needed. We decorated it and the house yesterday, feels really cosy now. I have tried to resize the middle photo several times but it won't behave sorry. Sorry a bit photo heavy but I couldn't decide which one I liked with the different light sequences.
