Jules.
We are off to church in a mo, then we need to chicken-proof the flowerbeds, everything has been eaten nearly, including my prized giant sunflowers we grew from seed We may go for a local walk tomorrow, it's not worth the lovely ride to the Lake District because of all the traffic. It's VERY wet here today...

red
Well I have been to the Westward Ho! Potwallopping Festival where I have been helping our local Round Table to run their annual Human Table Top Football Tournament - excellent fun (and that's coming from someone who hates football!) - LOTS of money raised for charity
Looney
Well I have been to the Westward Ho! Potwallopping Festival where I have been helping our local Round Table to run their annual Human Table Top Football Tournament - excellent fun (and that's coming from someone who hates football!) - LOTS of money raised for charity Sounds like a great laugh We went into Cambridge as planned to meet friends...even though it is absolutely pouring down. We arrived, and then OH's back took a turn for the worse, he hobbled around, nearly passed out and we came home again Oh well, gives me an excuse to spend a bit more time on here! Kathy C
We saw the cube on the omlet stand at the Hamphire Country show. They look even better in real life don't they? I would love one and some more hens to go in it. It rained, and rained, and rained some more, Christian you were right. No brollies, though, as it was just the day to try out my gortex camouflage! (Bought as a hen coat ) Today I've helped with the bank holiday diy and caught up with the forum .
Mel (& Paul)
I spent today economising - trying to save money - so have been on USwtich to think about changing gas and electricity, have cancelled the movie channels fron Sky, cancelled a magazine subscription (no time to watch tv or read mags now we have the girls!) Then I went onto a website and spent £30 on jodhpurs that were in the sale
AnnieP
Well Mel, if they were in the sale, then you have saved money!
