Thanks again everyone. Fingers crossed it's being done now as even as the Porter came for him one nursing assistant said "oh, has it not been cancelled" Ward Sister said it hadn't been but then I had to run off as my parking ticket was due to run out. Assuming no news means it hasn't!

All done He "just" has Wolff Parkinson White syndrome so will be sorted out as an outpatient at a later date. Hopefully will just be ablation. No idea when but fingers crossed he should be home tomorrow

Just back from another visit-lol and DH is feeling fine. Took ages to stop bleeding though where they went in. He had a sandbag on it for an hour-lol

Wow, according to Wikipedia WPW Syndrome affects only 0.3 - 0.5 % of the population. Nice to know he's special! You knew that anyway!
