They all look good. 8) I a just thanking my lucky stars that Rosie isn't (yet) into the glamour thing - she's a rock chick and likely to go in skinny jeans and a Guns N Roses T shirt  she has a figure to die for but likes to keep covered up.

My ED who's almost 14 has said if and when she gets married it'll be in jeans and a tshirt! She doesn't do the dress/skirt thing. YD however, I'm sure will have the works :shock:

aaaah I said that at that age too - and only in the last month or so have I even begun wearing shorts again (WITH leggings though, mind!) I will never wear a skirt, I live in jeans - always have, and used to live in hoodies, nirvana, green day, oodles of other ones, but now I can't help but like to get a new pretty, girly, dress - usually summery ones, not dressy ones (the dresses are almost always within an inch either above or below my knee, if not longer), and go out feeling like I've made an effort - and my wedding will be no exception. I will swap my scuffed up adidas/nike/skechers/snowboots and jeans/hoodie combo for a wedding dress just because I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't!

and I wore a floor length two piece ball gown with a satin bodice and an organza skirt for my year 11 prom!

Ah there is hope! She is happiest in her shorts or black jeans wearing a New Look for MEN tshirt and shirt! Oh and her MCR hoodie  and her Converses. Her school uniform is a knee length kilt  She doesn't like it much. The other option the school were suggesting was tartan trews! Thankfully even she would rather a skirt than those

Yes she sounds like me when I was at her age, I wore my hair in two plaits, heavy eyeliner, hoodies, baggy dark jeans and dc or etnie shoes  and NEVER got my legs out, still don't, it's got to be over a decade since my knees or lower thighs last got a bit of sun on them! (and I still rock the t-shirt and shirt combo ;))

and my school uniform was an ankle length box pleated navy cotton skirt with a blue and red v-neck jumper, shirt and tie, YICK - we used to try and sneak out of school at the end of the day with jeans and trainers on underneath but they had teachers spot checking on the gates :( I wanted to get out of the skirt as soon as was humanly possible and not wear it for any longer than perfectly necessary
