Poorly chicken

so ive seen the yellow eglu classic on ebay the other week,

however i have never seen the brown has anybody got one?

were they limited edition, ive looked on google images and cant find one single picture.

i think they would look great if you had a couple and a couple of green ones.

I like the idea of a camouflage effect but in girls colours like pink and cream or chocolate and cream, even if it was just that the base and pop hole were a different colour from the main house part (like the fried eglu)

I remember seeing a picture of one on here a whole back now, but IMO it's just the wrong shade of brown, it was like a cow had done a whoopsie in your garden. I love the bright colours.

You're right, it wasn't an attractive colour it was a guest colour at the same time as purple, but only the purple sold in enough numbers for them to continue the colour. Lilac was another colour which didn't hang around for long.

your right I have never understood that IMO it's a better colour than the pink but then that's just me

I understand that it just didn't sell, so they discontinued it when they stopped the lilac ones.

I dont think so, that could be a very faded red, orange or pink one maybe its a Mk 1 so must be pretty old

 

the brown was a Mk 2 I think and a dark brown

That looks like a very dirty orange Mark I to me.

 

The Brown one was Mark II and a deep brown, somewhere between milk and dark chocolate in colour. Can't find any photos of one though.

Ahh thanks both, I just couldn't work out what colour the eglu is/was! Suppose it must be a few years old though!

And so the brown eglu remains elusive

I have an elusive chocolate brown eglu! It was indeed a limited edition and was purchased when launched in June 2006.

It has been a happy home for my girls ever since, however I have recently rescued some ex-batts and am going to move them all in together to some larger accomodation.
