chicken bark
I really like Len and I usually don't mind it when he has an off show with his grumpiness but last night was too much. I agree I think there will be complaints. Len seems to have been making suggestive comments more this series and his outburst last night made me cringe for him. Does anyone know what he was doing last week when Jennifer Grey stepped in?
Snowy
Wasn't he judging something in America last week? Hence the comment about him being jet lagged. I agree, he was awful this week.
Lavenders_Blue
I usually like Len too - he is the voice of reason, and always finds something positive to say however terrible the dance. But last night was too much, it was totally unnecessary to be so snappy and rude to Craig and totally unhelpful to Harry and Aliona. I also thought Harry and Aliona's Argentine Tango was amazing, in fact I couldn't help wondering if there might be something going on between them...? Or maybe the dance was just that convincing! bellekatz
I must be the only one who didnt like Harrys dance last night. It was good, but I didnt think worthy of two 10's. I thought Holly and Brendan looked great together, better than Holly and Artem as she seemes to have a great time. Its amazing how Brendan has calmed down this year... lots of smiles at the end of the dance. Bad boy job seems to have gone to james
chelsea
I must be the only one who isn't keen on Harry?! Loving Jason, Anita's enthusiasm and warming to Holly. Russell is getting a bit predictable. The film intros in the middle of each dance are getting longer and tedious!!

The intos are awful, its ok for the actors but the non actors must find it hard.... and what happened to seeing the dance progress?? Very litle of that this year
chelsea
I don't mind seeing a bit of mid-week training in the intros to give them time but there's no need for the cheese! It's really cringeworthy at times. Glad it's not just me!
chicken bark
Another one here Chelsea. I think Jason is great, other dancers are improving which I love, Russell now seems to be playing it more for laughs which is so disappointing as he seemed to have the makings of a good dancer. I love to see the training and I'm not getting to watch ITT now so the pre dance bit is all I get to see. Why waste their time and our money on montages that are not funny and have nothing to do with anything?
Griffin
I don't see what all the fuss over Harry is either. His Argentine Tango was good, worthy of nines but not two tens. I love the AT, it's probably my favourite dance, and each time I see one on Strictly I have to compare it with the best AT I've ever seen on there, Karen Hardy & Mark Ramprakash who scored 39. Was Harrys as good as theirs? I don't think it was.
Plum
Can't agree I think Harry's is sharper, more intense and skillful. We'll have to agree to disagree http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00ltkjh shame to see Audley go but it was fair.

Watching Mark again I have to say there was so much more male action in his dance than Harrys. Thats why I dont think it deserved 10's. Each to their own I guess
The Dogmother
It's interesting to compare the two - Mark and Karen definitely had some chemistry going on and it really showed in their AT (besides, Mark is HOT stuff). Harry is a lovely boy, but he doesn't have the same connection with Aliona, nor the same testosterone thing going on. Just my opinion and taste. Harry's was a very good dance but the 'emotion' and raw sexuality wasn't there.
Griffin
My judgement is impaired slightly by the fact I don't rate Aliona as a professional dancer anyway. Others that have been and gone were much stronger and still missed. If you need a laugh this morning, I suggest you read this interview with Nancy http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/3932837/Nancy-DellOlio-I-was-best-dancer.html

Can't work out if that is what she is really like or if she is a very clever manipulator of the press
Tweety
I agree with Griffin about Aliona - and I think Len does too, he appears to be fairly non-plussed by her routines! I also agree about Mark and Karen's Argentine Tango - for me, the benchmark of that dance for the male celebs.

Seagazer
We all loved Harry's AT in this house, really intense and full of passion - didn't get it from Anita's. I'm not a prude but I'm getting so fed up with Len and Bruno making crude comments to the celebs, it's a family show. Len's outburst to Craig was awful and he should know better. Thought Chelsee was great.
