The Omlet offices

I'll second that about Dysons being pants.

The office is very different now, as Kate says, and it has had a paint job too.

Here's one for you all, just sent to me by email:

'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention fo arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. Rather to skid in sideways with chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming WOOO HOOO WHAT A RIDE!'

Love that, Clare, sums me up entirely!

But I'll have to stick up for Dyson...mine's brilliant. Well, except LSH has broken it because he didn't read instructions (yes, really ) and therefore hates it.

We decided the only way to stay married was to have separate vacuum cleaners, so he has a Henry!

But I think Dyson is great.

Where are all the Chickens????? ...

It looks a lot tidier & neater than I imagined - obviously a womans touch there :D

Tidy and Neat? - I think its looks like a disgraceful mess! Why aren't all the pieces of paper stacked neatly on the desk and placed perpendicuar to the edges ... and why all the bits of equiptment simply abondoned next to desks rather than placed neatly underneath them with the cables tidied neatly away .... and why ... must calm down ... must calm down ....

Not that I'm obsessive compulsive about these things ...:?:?

I was just messing about on Google and found it completely by accident! Its in an article in This London 26 June 2003 -

"Industrial design graduate James Tuthill has created something else for urban life - the Eglu, a portable chicken coop. A Royal College of Arts spokeswoman said: "It goes into a compact package, and you collect the eggs from a hatch at the back."
