Going to attempt to dry some washing on the line... it's a long time since I did that!

My hens have spent most of the morning looking like Frizzles (the wind blowing behind them).

Cold and sunny here today, feeling pretty pants today but better than I would if it was dull, moved a huge log delivery into the shed this morning, so R & R by the fire with plenty of ht drinks this afternoon watching the crooks happily garden trashing through the patio windows.

It's been beautiful here today, as was yesterday. Sunny, breezy and not too cold.

Feels much chillier this evening though. Rain forecast for us too tomorrow but then the weatherman warns of cold, wintry weather again next week

Very cold here (just of J11, M40) and they've gritted the roads in town. It's clear as a bell and predicted to be below zero tonight. The stove is going and I'm wearing two pairs of socks!

DS and GF have been over for dinner tonight and when they left a few minutes ago there was ice on the car. Lovely clear star lit night.

One of the corrugated plastic sheets was ripped off the top of the Eglu run on Monday night, amazingly it was undamaged . I have put it back and it now has an extra diagonal bungee over it.
