bronze
A lot of people just dont like chutney full stop. If you like it its probably good. My son steals mine and eats it out of the jar

chrisnrob
Chutney - mmm, lovely! Particularly like home-made green tomato chutney (Chris makes a mean one) and once bought some fab caramelised red onion chutney from a farmers' market. Cinnamon
I can take it or leave it- like Karl its usually too sweet for me. I would take branston Pickle over chutney any time Saying that my Christams Chutney has a good bite & is very popular. There was a chutney thread a while back, where I posted my recipe.Don't be put off by the name, its not really very Christmassy!
craftyhunnypie
I love chutney tooo. Onion chutney or apple chutney served with a big lump of cheese & some crusty bread - mmmmmm lovely! Got my mouth watering now. Will have to call into my farm shop later.....the same farm shop that sells Dundee cakes! Emma.x
Dippy Egg
I love chutney. I have just bought a new pot from the village summer fete. Haven`t opened it yet as finishing a lovely one I bought from the Eden Project. Cheese, fresh chunky bread, butter, chutney and some celery. Yum Yum
