As a thank you present for the lollipop lady, Alexander's teacher & Ethan's playschool teachers I am sending a couple of eggs to each of them in the boxes pictured. They will be tied with a yellow ribbon & have a card attached saying who laid the eggs! After my previous post today about the DH I was wondering whether or not to send presents in tomorrow....... Do you think the recipients will like them? Edited July 12, 2007 by Guest

ubereglu
They're great. They look too complicated for me to make. They put the ones I sell to shame!
Jules.
They're great. They look too complicated for me to make. They put the ones I sell to shame! I like your cosies, & at least YOU knit them! I also like the idea of knitting them in Eglu colours- would that be the stripes or just solid colour jumpers? Mum knit them originally to put over creme eggs as Easter presents. i'm glad you all like them If I get any feedback tomorrow I will let you all know. Jules.
I have talked to my mum this morning & she is eager to start a cottage industry producing the egg cosies. We thought we would sell them at £1.50 each, or 4 for £5. P&P would be 50p for one, as I think it would go as a large letter, not sure about other quantities. Do you think those prices are reasonable?
