The Dogmother
Have you tried some steam inhaling? Always works for me.
Christian
Went back to work on the 2nd after 2 weeks off. Tel Aviv flight which is a new one for us. I can safely say I will never be going back there. In 13 years of flying I have never experience a flight or passengers like it. It was hideous. Hardly a gentle ease back into the grind..... Off to Dublin this evening for 2 nights, proper 'shorthaul' which is what I joined for! Fells like I haven't been off though!
craftyhunnypie
Dare I ask what was so awful about Tel Aviv & the people? I dread to think what it was like in the supermarkets during the Xmas rush. Hope you've recovered Cinnamon. We got orders on Xmas day with our business! So it was back to work gently the day after boxing day. Back full swing now, but as we are our own bosses, we do feel like we had a nice break. Christian
The place was fine Emma. Just the flight was awful. People screaming at me, clicking fingers and whistling for attention.
Bramble
I was back at work on Wednesday, nice long break, but feel terminally fed up already, not good, not good at all
Olly
I always tell myself it's the time of year and things will get better ... I am not loving my job at the moment, but there are worse jobs (I've done some of them!) and I am not anxious to move elsewhere, I get good pension and health benefits with this job and I'm at an age where it starts to matter. I'm focused on paying off my mortgage as hard as I can, then maybe I can reduce my hours. You have to have a dream!
Willow
I'm focused on paying off my mortgage as hard as I can, then maybe I can reduce my hours. You have to have a dream! Works for me friends think we're crazy struggling on one car but all the costs of that second car are going off the mortgage
chickencam
OH has taken the rest of this week off and we have just come back from a few days away visiting friends and relatives. We have spent the afternoon taking down the decorations and cleaning. I must admit to looking forward to normality. OH is back to work n Monday and the younger two children are back at school then too. We are taking ED back to uni on Wednesday evening, then normality will be restored. I hope that those of you who are still poorly get well soon.
freddie
Spent nearly all day with the new accountants... What a lovely couple, but what a horrible day. I'm fried, mentally, and feel "right miserable" I hate accounts, it's just tax collecting for successive gvts, for free:(
