Cat tails
Can't do anything but smile! They snuck in my living room and just flew up my shoulder! And I'm standing up! They have been sitting here to take phot's and while I type this. Think they don't want to go to bed with the big girls, but will have to pop them in a minute. mullethunter
They're so cute and so tiny Do you have a bar at the end of your bed? Maybe they could sleep there?
Cat tails
Wahaha they would do that too I think. Just lifted them off and put them to bed with the other two. There is some squabbling going on, but nothing too bad. I don't blame them, as they were nice and toasty when I got them from my shoulder. Cat tails
They are cute aren't they! And they are definitely babies too. The lighter one wanted to crawl underneath the other one.
Cat tails
And the black one managed to fly up again this morning. I feel slightly ridiculous with a chicken on my shoulder, trying to crawl under my hair.

The Dogmother
Very sweeeet. Dutch bantams always seem to be very tame.
Cat tails
They are amazingly tame! Thought it had to do with the fact they were raised in a petting zoo, but it must be part of their breed too.
The Dogmother
I think so - any that I have had were always very tame. They aren't hardy in cold wet weather though.
Cat tails
So the little ladies are back from boarding and all seems well. Although my littlest neck warmer decided to go broody, according to their carers. A giant crested cockerel had taken a shine to my Newhampshires and tried to prevent me from taking them home! Cat tails
Things are much more harmonious since they are back! All four can even roost on the same bar.
mullethunter
The petting zoo seems to be an amazing cure-all for your girls!
Cat tails
They are really good for the girls and have so much experience. Suspecting that Nutmeg might be mothering over the little ones. She found a bug and mad some clucking noises with beak close to the ground. Little ones came running and she gave the bug to one of them. Have seen her do this a few times now! Cat tails
Turns out 3 weeks wasn't enough for Leentje to forget she wants to roost on me at night... She is back on my lap as I type... Oh wait... Back in my neck now...
