ubereglu
Hiya, I am having my friends round tomorrow and we're feeding them on jacket potatoes and I was wondering if you knew of any good and interesting fillings I could do. So far I have down, grated cheese, marge/butter and tuna mayo. Do you have any other ideas? Liz

Tina C
Hmm Philadelphia is good, also grated cheese and sweetcorn with butter (has to be butter) Or split the potoatoes, cover with sun dried toms (from a jar in oil) and mozarella and put back in oven for 15 mins to brown.
