Linda
Poor you SarahJo. You need to look after yourself today - everyone else will not suffer by having one day without you pampering them. Hope you feel better soon.

Guest
We have very light snow here too. It's been going for about 45 minutes but nothing is settling.
Aunty e
I just cycled to work in the snow. It was jolly good fun actually. I felt mean for turfing the bantams out of the nice warm kitchen and into the eglue though. Chicken Daddy is keeping an eye on them.
The Dogmother
It's snowing like mad here, but none of it is sticking. Anyhting interesting on the BBC programme, or just the same old stuff rehashed?

Jangle
There's snow in Wycombe today, but unfortunately it isn't lying. The chooks all hate snow and were hiding under the winter shade when I left for work.
ali-s
The world has once again shifted on its axis we have no snow here No snow here either We had 20 minutes of snow in December I think which lay for about 5 minutes before melting. The sledges are still sitting in the garage. They haven't been used for 2 years.

Guest
It's been snowing here quite heavily for the past 2 hours, but it's too wet to settle . They're forecasting terrible ice problems on the roads tonight

Cate in NZ
We got lots of nasty sleety stuff yesterday too, but no real snow although it was bitterly cold all day. That said hubby (my hero) got up at 05:30 yesterday and nipped out in his pj's to remove Zola from Lottie and put Zola into the orange eglus with the rest of the team, and came back to bed muttering about it being very warm for the time of year. He regretted that statement 2 hours later waiting for a bus in the sleet Today it's tried to snow, but very briefly, now it's a beautiful blue sky but still cold. Apparently this weekend is forecast to be glorious
The Dogmother
We woke up to a smattering of snow, which was still coming down lightly at 8.30 when we left for school. It has melted now, but the sky is suddenly very dark...
Louise
It has been pouring here for about two days and it is very cold. As I spent alot of time running about outside yesterday trying to get equipment working I got soaked and I had to have a hot soak in the bath to warm up
The Dogmother
I bet you were frozen at the end of the day.
Mel (& Paul)
It snowed from 11am to 6pm yesterday in Dorset. None of it settled though On my way up the M3 this morning (going to Egham - rather apt I thought ) there was enough on the fields to make it quite pretty. Just hope the sleet stays in the sky over the next couple of hours as we are off to dog agility
