BeckyBoo Posted December 23, 2007 Share Posted December 23, 2007 .....sorry if someone's already started this post, but I iced the first of two cakes today (the other is alcohol free for my Muslim Mum) and I had a go a copying whoever it was that won the Bake me Happy competition winner. The only thing was that I didn't have a santa on his sleigh, couldn't find one anywhere and haven't got time to make one. So, here it is..... Anyone else want to show us their creative masterpieces? The Dogmother Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 OK, I don't do Christmas cake , but here are my offerings: Pavlova made with the raspberries left over after making raspberry vodka: Chocolate mountain - a sort of chocolate mousse with chestnut puree in the middle and a white chocolate custard coating: I'm not that keen on chocolate, but even I think that one is delicious.
