Ah! Well that's a relief, I was worried that I hadn't sent it.

I'm still puzzled about my missing 'new' pm, but I've had another pm since then so somethings are getting through!

Thanks for the explanation Egluntine.

I've been struggling to get on this evening :twisted::twisted:

I've actually got a (rare) free half hour or so and was looking forward to some forum time and it kept redirecting me to Google listings for Omlet  . Very unhappy :x:lol::lol::lol:

Here now, but the ironing is now crying out to be done.

Hmmm..... ironing or forum

Ok sounds like no contest, but can I send my children to school shirtless :?:lol::lol::lol:

Well, since my oldest son asked what I'd got against creases, I don't worry about it too much! Send 'em in wrinkly shirts - you might start a new trend

Make them wear a jumper over the top (that's what I do  )

Great idea, and it works a treat for Immi.......I just tell her not to remove her uniform sweatshirt and she's fine. Seb on the other hand wears a white shirt, school tie, and a blazer, no jumper, sweatshirt, vest or coat, regardless of weather. So I feel like a neglectful mum if I send him out in creases. But I could  get him to iron his own. It works with going out clothes.........not sure that school uniform will attract the same interest :?

That said, I'm still here.....not managed to tear myself away yet :roll::lol::lol::lol:

I was going to suggest that all these older children should be ironing their own :D

I had to start at age 12....... so did my two younger sisters....... and so did my daughter and son when they reached the magical age........... :D

It's winter......my lot aren't allowed to remove their jumpers :roll: ..........so if I'm pushed for time their shirts don't get ironed :D:D

That's what I used to do in the TA. I hate ironing and in the winter we weren't allowed to take our jumpers off even though we were sweating away with the heating on full power. I just ironed the collars
