Blackrocksrock
Yummy I am coming to your house for some - they look so so good and the children seem to have enjoyed it too - I would have stacked them up at this stage and had 4 in

Martin B
Lesley, Jake has got some dirt on his shirt. You should have made him wash before he started cooking! Great cakes by the way.
Egluntyne
Him Indoors used to eat a whole packet of jaffa cakes at a sitting ( no wonder he is diabetic! ). I think he'd struggle to finish a whole packet of those. I, on the other hand, might not! Lovely pics Lesley.

ali-s
Mmmm I've got to have a go at making one of those. How did you stop the jelly from melting when the chocolate was put on top?
Lesley
ummmm....... that was a bit of a problem with Jake's as he wanted to keep spreading the chocolate - if you tip it and then spread it quickly it is OK. I made the jelly with a packet of vegetarian jelly crystals - I don't think they do Orange, so I used Lemon and added grated orange zest. I left it to set in 4 shallow dishes. I'll just melt an enormous amount of chocolate then it will just run down the sides and then quickly bung it in the fridge
