Goosey Lucy Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Tonight I stood up in front of a group of 18 ladies of a mature age and spoke for 45 minutes about chickens. I had written out what wanted to say but didn't stick to my notes for all the time. The eglu was mentioned a lot! I managed to talk about BHWT for a good 10-15 minutes at the end and gave them all a leaflet that Lisa had sent me - several couldn't believe the images on the front and said that they would only buy free range from now on. Result! I am feeling very proud of myself as it was nerve wracking to say the least. And I got paid! (I shall be putting a donation to BHWT in the post in the morning.)
