You can do either - auto-size didn't work for me so I resized mine to 80x80.

Click on the photo to open it then choose Resize from the menu immediately above the photo. Tiny is 100x75 and should be acceptable but if not choose Edit Image from above the photo and choose Resize from there. Resize to 80x80 and see if that works.

 

PS - I'm not a 'young thing' so I hope that works!
