Peacocks

[Guest]

I've commented a few times on his status but not heard anything - no replies to comments or comments back.

I think maybe I'll have to try a more direct approach - if he is online tonight I'll try opening a chat window.

Poet, now we'll all be coming to you on the ways of Lurve!

...expert...

I don't think there's any such thing as being an expert in the ways of love. I did seem to bag myself one of the good uns though

Here's another little snippet that I think rings true...

"The Bird of Paradise never lands on the hand that grabs!"

Don't ask me where I pick all this rubbish up from!!!!

Ooh La la!

OK I emailed him and said that I'd thought he was nice and that we seemed to have a lot in common. He was flattered by the comment and we are now "chatting" on email!

I can't believe I've been so forward!

Go for it.... .

I've been following this thread for days in anticipation. Men can be so dense sometimes. I swear sometimes you would have to hoola naked infront of them to get them to realise you fancy them .

By the way I did not get my OH by above method (I wore at least a flower ).

[Guest]

I knew that would work, you should have done that in the frist place

[Tessa the Duchess]

Pengy, can we all be bridesmaids?

Tessa

[chickenlass]

Brilliant...good luck. Hope you get the chance to meet up and get to know each other soon.

[The Dogmother]

Brilliant news Pengy - we all expect hourly updates now!

[little chickadee]

Ooh - how exciting. Even if he isn't "the one" for you (but who knows!) It's great to hear that you've felt the spark with someone!

Good luck and I hope you have fun whatever happens.

[The Dogmother]

Errmm, LC, why is your greyhound now running along the ceiling? What's she been on?

[Ain't Nobody Here]

That's great news, Pengy . Keep us posted .

[poachedegg]

Get in there girl!

[Scramble]

Good Luck Pengy!!!

You are quite right to never follow my advice, if it wasn't for the goddess of fate playing such a strong hand in my affairs I would be hopeless .

[pistachio]

Fingers crossed for you Pengy

[jess]

[missuscluck]

Sounds good. Well done for being brave and making a move. Hows it going??

[Cate in NZ]

Oh, good news Pengy . You deserve a bit of fun, and it sounds like you have so much in common with this guy that a good friendship should definitely be on the cards....and a little bit of romance too I hope
