I will be driving home for Christmas at the end of today , so thought I'd better sign off now as I won't have access to the forum till the New Year (not sure how I'm going to cope )

 

Thank you all for your wise words of advice, caring support and happy encouragement over the seven months or so I've been a member. Thanks too for helping me celebrate all those lovely milestones that non-hennie folks just don't understand

I spent years finishing work for the holidays in Suffolk then driving up to my parents' house in Cheshire. Mum passed away several years ago and Dad now lives quite close to me in Suffolk now and so long journeys are no longer needed (unless it's to collect eglus / rablus ).
