What has been your most "interesting" Christmas present?

Recommended Posts

My most interesting would be the Boots Mediterranean body set from my SIL.

Nothing too  in that, but its the same one I gave her last year, down to the little scuff in the corner

I don't mind - it save me having to find something for her next year 8)

:D :D Go on.....I dare you! :D

My late MIL often used to give me back things which I had given her the year before.

Occasionally with the words " here...you may as well have this....some idiot gave it me for Christmas, and what they thought I would want one of these for is anyone's guess".

Her and her sister passes a hideous yellow chiffon scarf to and fro for years.

I think it was originally bought when chiffon scarves were actually fashionable. :?

Oh dear - I do like the idea of Cinnamon passing it back next year. Would love to see the look on her face.

My ES a couple of years ago when he was about 12 got a foot pump from my Dad. The look on his face was priceless when he opened it. it was a bit like :shock::anxious: all rolled together. He's never quite forgiven my Dad. I think my Dad had probably got it from someone else and decided to pass it on. :D

My DD has got a particularly ugly blouse from my MIL this year, not her colour, style or size. I'm trying to convince her to ask for the receipt by saying its just too big but I think it will just end up in a charity bag.

OH is a dreadful wee'er, always wanting to go everywhere we visit, like a naughty 2 year old. Do they do a male equivalent for use in a car when I refuse to pull over on the motorway for the third time?!
