sandyhas3chucks Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) A Very very sad 2 days. Head Chook Meany yesterday and our special liitle Moe PTS today. Her crop got sourer and did not respond to treatment. She was very sad & uncomfortable whilst there was a last ditch empty options it did not seem kind to try as she was sooo sooo miserable. The lovely Neil as ever helpful and kind. It is so quiet annd sad with out her ever bosy presence with us, getting into pickles & places she shouldn't helping me in the greenhouse prefering us often to her sisters. I definately wasn't expecting or ready to lose her. She jusr grew her knickers too and looked beautuful! PeckyBeak Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 So sorry to hear your news, I was already in tears anyway as my best girl is ill at the moment and has been to the vets three times in the last week. After going to him yesterday for another injection,I didn't know if she'd still be with us this morning. She was so poorly last night. She is hanging on, but she has to go again on thursday and the trip there stresses her as it's 20 miles. Her little bok bok is so ho"Ooops, word censored!", it's so upsetting, we love them so much.
