Early morning visitor

I took photo's of a fox this morning too!!!

6.15 am sniffing around the chicken run, guinea pig hutch and the shed where Kev sleeps.

Then it started digging holes in my grass, had a poo and a good ol' scratch before spotting me and running away!!!

Looked more scruffy than Egluntines one though. Probably got mange.

The henkeeper's nightmare--or early morning panic, in this instance. How terrible for you, Egluntine, though as others have said, at least your chickens weren't out free ranging.

What are you going to do now? I would really be at a loss for a strategy, except for watching 24-7 which, of course, is impossible.

Fingers crossed!

 what a dreadful sight to behold in your garden!!!! Oooh its such a daily dilemma & risk .. if at ours . . the chickens soo easily could've just been let out as I meander back into kitchen to pop the the kettle on !!! Sooo glad all yours were safely secure in their home run.

Ahem - joining in with the p ittle thread .. tee hee I upgraded my 'milk bottle' to a CIF spray, although I do also ask dearest other half if he would also do the honours of spraying . .. hee hee to spray - empty as well as refill ;)
