We did something in Business Studies and companies have won when they are spelt differently but sound the same. Just as an eg if you phoned up a shop and asked for an 'Eglu' you could mean Eggloo or Eglu as they sound the same when spoken so Omlet could potentially lose customers to Eggloo and they may have a case?
