Space Chick Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 Well the port sauce has now finished, but I am not entirely sure about it You are only meant to have a small drizzle, so maybe it will work when its on a plate with other things. The thing is, I was going to serve it with venison, but my venison was mega pricey, so I don't want to ruin a great piece of meat My truffle mixes are in the fridge chilling down so I can roll them in balls later. I have done 2 white chocolate based ones (Drambuie and Jack Daniels) and 2 milk chocolate based ones (ginger and brandy), lets hope they will be OK.
