Bramble
I'm not sure about the marmite chocolate, so many things that are supposed to be marmite flavoured seem to be a disappointment ... but is anyone going to try Nigella's marmite spaghetti that was on TV last night, doesn't look too complicated and sounds a better combination than marmite and chocolate (going to have to try the marmite and strawberry jam though ....) CatieB
I really want to try it. Where did you get it from?
The Dogmother
I think that BHS stock it.
ElvisFan
I heard about this on the radio the other day and at the time I thought its just grossville, I hate the stuff but the little cheeses you can get are quite nice. The lady they interviewed on the radio for BHS seemed very excited about it, I for one can't see a rush for this. If you like marmite and jam - try chedder cheese and jam - luuuush ! Angie
I have been keeping my eyes open for weeks for marmite chocolate... .......I got some BHS they have toast racks ,sandwich boxes and all sorts marmitie for christmas. I am a marmite fan and i would say it has a taste of the dark rich spread but maybe it could have a wee bit more without being too strong ......this is a thumbs up for christmas... mostin
I have to say...........I am a marmite hater , but if I did like it I might give it a go as weird combos do sometimes go together. As quite a few people have said on here, I love the chocolate and salt combos, and thanks to the people who have told me where to get pretzl flips from , i thought they had gone forever
Olly
I eventually got to try the Marmite chocolate (my friend was sent a bar by the Marmite fairy ) and we were both disappointed that it hardly tastes of Marmite at all. I would have liked a stronger flavour, and I also felt it should have been dark chocolate, not milk. At £3 a bar, I won't bother again - although my friend then experimented by spreading Marmite on G&B plain choc, and reported good results! CatieB
I finally got to try the marmite chocolate and although I looked forward to it I was disappointed. It was ok, not horrible but nothing exciting either. At £3 a bar I won't bother again. I made everyone at work try it too and found no fans. Back to marmite cashews for me
