Everyone gets out the houses and has fun and does shopping for each other... we had an igloo made in the village last year and my 6ft 5 husband could get in and stand up in the middle. Here are a couple that I took 2 years ago in the park at the bottom of our road - day off work so we built snowmen. I am 5'1", so you can see how big the snowman is. Driving home this afternoon I could see snow on the hills to the South and thought of you. Snow showers here today but it hasn't settled thank goodness. I DO NOT fancy trying to make the journey to Addenbrookes hospital in snow in January - on a good run it takes 40 minutes, in snow....well, I dread to think. If it snows at the Xmas market it will be really really Christmassy. We are in Devils Bridge for Xmas though - could be fun driving.
