My two girls used to go to Badgers when we lived in the UK. Its the youngest group of the St John Ambulance. My eldest got Badger of the year just before we left

Well done Rosie!! It's wonderful for someone so young to be able to handle things the way she did... even grown ups can panic and forget what they've learnt when confronted with an emergency.

My DD aka Captain Sensible (because she was always quite mature and responsible even as a tot) had a room that looked like a tip! My OH likened it to 'the back room in Oxfam' lol It does improve but not until they are a lot older...

Wow! I'm not surprised you're pleased with her Claret. It's good to know that she got properly thanked too. This reminds me of when my brother first collapsed whilst out when living in Norwich, as someone realised what was going on and phoned an ambulance-he still, to this day has no idea who it was.

That's so sweet and really made me chuckle. My son is the same. He wonders around showing everyone his big boy pants. But he's 16 and insists on wearing his trousers half way down his backside
