Celebrity BB 2012 started tonight.

I'm not an avid fan, but it was on after building the ice hotel and it has kept me watching! Natalie Cassidy has been really entertaining tonight. She was given a task and has been great at carrying it out but making it sound natural.

 

I'll try and catch it to see how it develops.

 

As ever a strange mix of people, lots that I've never heard of. The mix seems very provacative..

Barely know any of them, Natalie was hilarious though! Felt sorry for her when she had to keep saying to that other woman (who she fell out with? no idea who she is) "it's cool you being here" 3 times

I saw a little bit and Natalie was very good, a good actress but I must look up the definition of celebrity

They've had footballers wife type people before. I do like Natalie but missed the falling out.

I loved Natalie too - reckon she could win if she stays natural & likeable.

Whatever happened to Michael Madsen? - he used to be hot!

HATE that boy from Towie,but I do like Romeo & I liked Georgia too (she looked SO much better in her intro clip when she wasn't as done up- truly very beautiful)

Not keen on the plastic twins,nor Frankie 'stupid hair' Cocozza.

 

The new house is just gorgeous - love the diary room chair

I think this must be a record for me - there are only 2 people I would have known if someone told me their names. The rugby player I vaguely remember being in the news. Ryan Gigg's s-i-l is a celebrity ?

 

Are we sure this is "Celebrity" Big Brother and not just a bunch of wannabees - oh wait, is there a difference ?

I didn't know most of them either! Who is the big American bloke? He looks very familiar. I obviously knew Natalie, who was brilliant in her task, I've seen that Nicola woman on IAC I think she came across quite well in that I thought.

 

As for the others - no idea! I have no idea why Ryan Gigg's sil gets to be on there though. Not very nice for Gigg's wife or brother

 

I'm not sure if I'll bother watching BB, the last series passed me by completely.

Me too! In my old age I'm turning into Mary Whitehouse I'm refusing to watch it, I'm sure Channel 5 will be heartbroken to know that. There's a name for the type of woman that has an affair with her husbands brother and 'celebrity' is not it. Filthy Frankie got kicked off another show for taking drugs, I hardly think he warrants a place in the house either.

I never watch BB. Haven't watched it since Jade Goody was in it but this one is looking good purely for the barrel s"Ooops, word censored!"ing z listers they have put in it. I am sure that horrible WAG Nicola Mclean will stir up some trouble as she is acid tongued.

 

The only decent ones in there are: Natalie Cassidy (seems warm & natural), Denise Welch (down to earth, normal!) and Michael Masden (who was once an amazing actor what happened?! Reservior Dogs, Species, Thelma & Louise - he must wonder what planet he is on).

Isn't Ryan Giggs SIL a celeb as they did naughty things together? Thats all it seems to take these days - hence Frankie C being on it.

 

I don't watch much celeb TV and as I'm originally from East London and Essex I don't need to watch TOWIE - I've lived it. BTW - my sis is just as bad. At Xmas she asked 'who's TOWIE'

Not a celeb BB watcher, but my son is (Yes, I know, I thought I'd brought him up better than that too!)

 

I met Natalie Cassidy a few years back when she lost all her weight. Not only did she look stunning, but she came across as a very down to earth, warm and caring person. I do wish she hadn't succumbed to the celeb BB thing; she's far too lovely to have gone that route

I saw a bit of last night's show & my first though was that trading standards should be informed I'm not a lover of BB & think it had run it's course after the series 3!

 

I must admit that Natalie Cassidy was good in the bit I saw but I don't think that I can bear to watch it. We always call it nonentity big brother, but this one's a record for how few people I recognise

Just watched it but won't keep up 'cos no telly at Uni! Didn't watch any of the last series but liked tonights!

Kirk (from TOWIE)'s on-and-off girlfriend lives by me and is a friends best friend, theres always drama so be interesting to see what happens between them both after!

The Diary Room chair is gorgeous isn't it! I wonder how much it would cost to have a lovely piece of furniture like that? and where to put it? Maybe a dining table and chairs in that style? I can dream....

I just caught about 15 minutes of it and it was so dreary. Kirk (never heard of him before) was asked to do a geography test. I can't decide if he really is that thick or was acting thick. He didn't even know where Australia was Pitiful.
