Couperwife
Piper Kit does NOT like Shrek but she was totally enthralled with the hairy bikers tonight, she was so distracted she didnt even sit down for about 5 minutes, I had to nudge her (dont cats have pointy feet then they are stood on your knees ) cathy x
surfer_chicken
Lily ( ) likes the Chuckle Brothers. Though Mum wasn't as excited as me to find this out, as she worked out it meant there had been a chicken in the living room
craftyhunnypie
My Poppy cat loves FRozen Planet, especially the penguins!!! It's very funny o watch her glued to the telly! She quite likes Earth flight too. Emma.x

mollyripkim
Lulu th dachshund was riveted by Earthflight as well, particularly the geese. She sat next to me really alert and fixed on the tv.
Alis girls
I agree on the pointy feet bit - i have indentations in my knees and other bits where the cats have stood on me (boobs is the worst ouch!) probably thought the hairy bikers where relatives. Goodness knows what goes thro their little heads.
Alis girls
apologies - should read "were relatives" - too early in the morning
BizzyMomma
Our young kittens, Dante` & Rarity, were fascinated watching the horse racing on Boxing Day, kept trying to "catch" Kauto Star through the screen Rarity is also addicted to Emmerdale & Corrie too
Bramble
Willow spends much time trying to get into the TV speakers when there are noises she finds interesting (small animals etc). At the moment she is particularly freaked out by the trailer for Birdsong, which contains the sound of a bomb "whizzing" (sorry, can't describe the sound any better than that ) before it lands and explodes which she associates with fireworks. Lavenders_Blue
My Poppy cat loves FRozen Planet, especially the penguins!!! Tango liked Frozen Planet too. She was fascinated by the wolf cubs!
Yorkshire Pudding
Pippi is another fan of Frozen Planet and Earthflight. She also likes snooker but apparently it is best viewed from a distance of half an inch from the screen, which makes it difficult for anyone else to watch with her
Chickendoodle
Our labradoodle Henry absolutely loves one man and his dog - he is transfixed when it is on although he will bark at any other dog on any other programme! Certain theme tunes make him throw back his head and howl which is hysterical - Cash in the Attic is one (it must have something high pitched in it). Church bells and bagpipes also have the same effect - I am with him on bagpipes as I want to howl when I hear them as well Cruelly we have the start of Cash in the Attic saved on Sky + and we play the theme tune when we have guests so that he can do his party piece. Alis girls
Obviously just my mog who has no taste in viewing - nothing educational here
Groovychook
My dear departed little rescue cat, Lucy, used to love watching Wimbledon! When we first brought her home, she used to sit right in front of the screen and try to stop the balls with her paws...
Seagazer
I've only really noticed Toby watching the tv. He was quite keen on a football match the other day and he likes motor/bike racing. The other day we were looking at some photos on the tv and some came up of Cookie as a puppy and Dave as a kitten, Toby went straight over to the television and stretched out to touch the photos. I managed to get a very grainy photo of him.
Alis girls
What a lovely photo Seagazer - I love his long white sock. percy049
My budgie likes football When my grandparents looked after her while we were away, she got really excited when football came on (my grandparents don't watch football and when the sport came up on the news, my budgie started singing away!) When an advert came on TV a couple of weeks ago with a hamster on it that looked like a hamster we had a few years ago, my budgie started whistling at the hamster - she must have of remembered after all of those years!
